We have nine sites across the city of York, see the homepage for our practice boundary/map. You can call 01904 404100 to speak with our Patient Central team who will direct your call appropriately.

Our phone lines are open 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. See our specific site pages for opening times of the surgeries.

From Monday 5th August 2024 we will be closing all our site reception desks over lunchtimes for 30 minutes between 12:15-12:45pm. Patients will still be able to call our Patient Central team during this time on 01904 404100 - see our News page for more information.

There may also be short notice changes to the opening times of some of the smaller site receptions due to staff illness, but we will always ensure our patients have access to a reception team nearby.

There are some pre-booked evening and weekend clinics based at Priory Medical Centre in Acomb and Heworth Green Surgery.
