Urgent Advice:  At Priory Medical Group urgent care advice is available every day across all nine sites. This is best accessed on the day by telephone call to our Contact Centre Team which can be reached at any of the phone lines listed.

Advice can be obtained from a clinician over the phone or a face-to-face consultation in one of our Urgent Care Clinics (with a member of the clinical team, including our Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses with Minor Illness training or a GP) or a routine appointment may be offered.

  • Pharmacists are able to offer advice for minor illnesses and advise on Over the Counter Medication

Telephone Appointment: Pre-booked telephone appointments are a good way of discussing a condition or an issue with your regular GP. Test results, queries about medications or management of a problem can be discussed. Find the number you need here.

Routine Appointment: These can be booked ON-LINE, by our Contact Centre Team or at any of our sites. A single appointment is for 10 minutes. If you have multiple issues to discuss, a double appointment should be requested.
