Today is our first #FeedbackFriday We want to share the good and the less good. Highlighting both the excellent care provided by our teams but also where we have learnt from feedback. Firstly - a recent NHS review: “Got a quick reply from email (online form), saw Doctor the same day, she was very good and caring, you put in place some treatment which I have got an appointment for.” We really appreciate when patients are able to take the time to let us know when they have received thoughtful or compassionate care. #teamPMG try their best every day, despite working in very challenging and pressured times for general practice.
