Our Surgeries

We have nine sites across the city of York, see the homepage for our practice boundary/map. You can call 01904 404100 to speak with our Patient Central team who will direct your call appropriately.

Our phone lines are open 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. See our specific site pages for opening times of the surgeries. There may be short notice changes to the opening times due to staff illness - we will publish this on our Facebook page or publish a website news post. There are some pre-booked evening and weekend clinics based at Priory Medical Centre in Acomb and Heworth Green Surgery.
