All surgeries will close at midday for the afternoon on Tuesday 16th September. This is so our teams can attend a York wide Practice Learning Time event. Nimbuscare will offer urgent cover between 12-6pm.
We are a large organisation but pride ourselves on a small community feel at each site. The clinical and non-clinical teams work effectively with each other to provide our patients with the highest level care. We offer training/mentorship with our roles and encourage professional development.

Every year the government and NHS take advice from the JVCI to decide who are the most vulnerable patients and who would most benefit from a flu jab or a covid jab. This means that you might be invited one year, and not the next. We can only invite and vaccinate patients who are in the up to date “at risk” groups. The UK Health Security Agency have some really useful blogs explaining who is eligible for covid and flu jabs.
