Our vision…To be viewed as a Centre of Excellence for Primary Care

We at Priory Medical Group are characterised by the pursuit of excellence in healthcare, delivering the highest quality and safest care to our patients. We strive to be viewed as a Centre of Excellence for Primary Care by our patients, our staff, our colleagues and the wider care system.

Our Goals…

We have set ourselves goals that will help us achieve this vision, goals we believe our talented people and fantastic teams will smash out of the park:

single pixel  Patients: We want to be recognised by our patients, commissioners, regulators, peers and staff as being amongst the very best for patient safety, quality, patient engagement and clinical outcomes. Just meeting the minimum standard is no longer acceptable and our patients rightly expect the best care possible.

single pixel  Our People: If we are to deliver the best care to our patients and achieve the best outcomes we need to retain and attract the best possible workforce to support us to do this. We want Priory Medical Group to be the best place to work, where our colleagues work within supportive and positive teams.

single pixel  Resources: We make effective and efficient use of our resources, time and people

single pixel  Certainty: We communicate and deliver what we say we will do. Patients want to know we are here for them now and into the future. Staff need to know their jobs are secure. Staff and patients want clear and unambiguous communication and not conflicting or confusing messages. Staff and patients want to know the reasons behind changes and how these changes will affect them.

The Priory Way (Our Values)…

Values define how we do things around here, what it looks and feels like to work in our teams. We will achieve these goals and maintain our excellence by developing the right values, culture and compassion in our leadership behaviours. We think its important that we live and breathe the same values, whether that be our partners, managing partners, management team, people leaders, clinicians or any one of our people in vital support roles such as receptionists and administrators.
